About the role:

Viralgen is entering a pivotal phase in its digital transformation, with Artificial Intelligence becoming a core enabler of our 2026–2028 strategy. The AI Specialist role is essential to delivering this roadmap—accelerating high‑impact initiatives such as documentation automation in QA/QC, internal copilots and agents and other advanced generative AI applications.
You will design and implement AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with our operational systems, strengthening efficiency, compliance, and innovation across the organization. 

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions based on generative AI (LLMs, copilots, RAG, agents, automation workflows).
• Integrate AI models with internal systems such as our Quality Management System, ERP, Ticketing
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑value use cases and deliver measurable business impact.
• Ensure all AI solutions follow security, privacy, and compliance requirements, particularly in regulated environments.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and support the broader AI adoption strategy within Viralgen.
• Support data‑centric integration and best practices to ensure AI applications scale effectively.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying generative AI solutions that are used productively in real operations—not only in pilot or proof‑of‑concept phases.Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.

• Experience integrating AI systems with corporate platforms and APIs.

• Ability to handle sensitive data and operate within compliance‑driven environments.

• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical implementations.

• Nice to have: experience in biopharma, biotechnology, or GMP environments.
